Shipping Policy
You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order.
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.
Once your orders are ready and have been shipped you will receive a further email to advise your Tracking Number.
Domestic shipment will take 1-2 business days to reach you.
Delivery times may vary for a different reasons but are accurate most of the time.
Shipping Rate
Malaysia – RM 5.00 flat rate for domestic shipping.
FREE Shipping for orders amounts to RM50.
Singapore – RM 30.00 flat rate.
FREE Shipping for orders amounts to RM200.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to sanitary purposes, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds. We ensure all our customers get brand new unused products.
All products are carefully inspected and packed before shipped.
We strictly allow for exchange only if you have received wrong or faulty order. Please notify us via email or within 7 days upon receipt of item to arrange the necessary.
Please take note that it is compulsory to return the receipt and certificate of authenticity together for exchange.
